I am very disappointed in this...

I am very disappointed in this unit. I paid 5k for it and it is a design screw up. 1st when I added the hydraulic oil it leaked...a lot.(Oil I had to buy for $150). Ramsplitter had installed the wrong fitting. I called them and they sent the right one...kinda. I needed a straight fitting and I got a 90 degree. I exchanged it at a local
shop. The trailer hitch is on the WRONG end of the unit. There is no tongue weight about 100 plus pounds of negative weight. It would be IMPOSSIBLE to tow this thing at speed over 20mph. Next the log lift has gaps are to wide and the wood rounds fall thru at times. The hydraulic ram for the lift gets beat up by the wood and I think it will get damaged in use. Next, the motor is on the wrong side of the unit and blows exhaust/heat on the operator. The ram for splitting the contact face is to small. The support leg under the splitting wedge was to long and I had to have 3" cut out of it to work properly. I will have to spend $$ with my welder to have this thing rebuilt so it is not dangerous.
