13A Corded Motor • 4-3/4" Cutting Depth • Quick-Switch Blade System • Blades and Carrying Case Included
Make controlled cuts through brick, mortar, limestone, aerated concrete block, and other compatible masonry materials with the Arbortech ALLSAW AS200X Corded Masonry Saw. Designed for restoration, renovation, and masonry work, the AS200X uses two reciprocating blades with Arbortech’s orbital cutting action to produce square cuts, plunge cuts, and variable-width openings that can be difficult to create with conventional circular masonry saws.
A powerful 13-amp, 1,560-watt motor drives the blades at up to 5,100 no-load strokes per minute. The included XL general-purpose blade uses tungsten-carbide teeth for cutting brick, mortar, and other compatible materials, while the narrower plunge blade provides added precision when removing individual bricks or beginning a cut away from an exposed edge.

Designed for Masonry and Restoration Work
The AS200X is especially useful for jobs requiring controlled cuts without excessive overcutting. Common applications include:
- Removing individual bricks
- Cutting mortar joints
- Creating openings in brick walls
- Masonry restoration
- Heritage-building repairs
- Electrical and plumbing access openings
- Tuckpointing preparation
- Cutting aerated concrete block
- Cutting limestone and compatible soft-to-medium masonry
- Installing vents, boxes, and service openings
Arbortech lists mortar, soft-to-medium-hard brick, aerated concrete block, limestone, fiberboard, weatherboard, and composite among the materials compatible with the ALLSAW system when the appropriate blades and cutting techniques are used.
Precise Plunge and Square-Corner Cuts
Traditional circular masonry saws leave rounded corners and frequently require overcutting beyond the intended opening. The ALLSAW’s reciprocating twin-blade action allows the operator to plunge into compatible material and produce more controlled square or rectangular openings.
This makes the AS200X particularly useful when removing a single damaged brick or creating an opening where surrounding masonry must remain intact.
Integrated Dust-Extraction Connection
The included dust boot can be connected to a suitable extraction vacuum. The saw’s published vacuum interface accommodates:
- 1-3/8" internal tapered hose fittings
- 1-1/2" external tapered hose fittings
Proper dust extraction helps maintain a clearer cutting line and reduces airborne masonry dust. Use a vacuum and filtration system rated for the material being cut.

Important Blade Information
ALLSAW blades are application-specific wearing components. Cutting performance and blade life depend on the material, blade selection, cutting technique, and whether hidden metal or other hard objects are encountered.
Use only matching blade pairs approved for the AS200X. Do not combine a worn blade with a new blade, and make sure the blades and mounting hardware are properly secured before operation.
NOTE: Most products require at least some assembly.
