The Bear Cat CH4420 Towable Chipper is built to make fast work of tree limbs, branches, and prunings up to 4.5 inches in diameter. Designed for homeowners with small acreage, rental applications, landscapers, and property-maintenance use, this chipper combines dependable Briggs & Stratton power with a road-towable design for easier transport between jobs or around a property.

Powered by a 13 HP Briggs & Stratton XR Professional Series engine, the CH4420 uses a gravity/self-feed system and a large diamond-shaped feed chute to handle brush and branches efficiently. The cantilevered rotor design helps improve reliability and reduces material wrap when working with stringy, sappy, or wet wood.

A standard 2-inch coupler makes towing simple, while the included ground-discharge chute keeps chips low to the ground to reduce mess and simplify cleanup. For operators who want to direct chips into a dump trailer, an optional discharge chute is also available.
