Extended Cargo Configuration

Important Towing Information

Never exceed the trailer’s 1,641 lb. payload capacity or GVWR. The total weight of the trailer, cargo, accessories, and optional equipment must remain within all applicable ratings.

Care and Maintenance

Because this model is powder-coated steel rather than galvanized steel, scratches that expose bare metal should be cleaned and protected promptly to reduce the risk of corrosion. DK2 recommends checking the wheel bearings before initial road use and greasing them approximately every 2,000 miles, with more frequent service under heavy or full-capacity operation.

Important Gate Information

The included 24-inch gates are load-bearing drop gates but are not drive-up ramps. Driving equipment over the standard gates may damage them. Use the trailer’s tilt feature or a compatible optional drive-up gate when loading ATVs, lawn mowers, or similar equipment.
