The 7 HP 209cc OHV gasoline engine produces 9.1 ft.-lbs. of net torque and powers two hardened-steel chipper blades plus four free-swinging hammer shredders mounted on a direct-drive flywheel. The side chute accepts branches up to 3 inches in diameter, while the top hopper processes leaves, brush, and finer garden material.

Important Towing Information

The tow bar is intended for moving the chipper with a compatible ATV or lawn tractor. According to the operator’s manual:

• Do not exceed 15 mph
• Reduce speed on rough or uneven terrain
• Do not carry cargo or passengers on the chipper
• Turn the engine’s fuel shutoff valve off before towing
• Disconnect the chipper from the towing vehicle before operation

This equipment should not be treated as a highway trailer or towed on public roads unless specifically permitted by the manufacturer and applicable laws.

Important Operating Information

Operate the chipper outdoors on level, stable ground. Do not place hands, feet, or tools inside either feed chute while the machine is running.

Before clearing a blockage, inspecting the blades, or performing maintenance:

1. Shut off the engine.
2. Wait for all moving components to stop.
3. Disconnect the spark-plug wire.
4. Allow the engine and cutting system to cool.

Always wear suitable eye, hearing, hand, and foot protection. Never operate a gasoline engine in a garage, building, trailer, or other enclosed space because hazardous carbon monoxide can accumulate.
