3" Cutting Depth • 1/8" Cutting Width • Two-Blade Set • Fits AS200X and BA200X
Remove mortar from thin joints while helping preserve surrounding brickwork with the Arbortech 200X Quick-Switch Heritage Blade Set. Designed for historic masonry restoration and renovation, these narrow blades provide controlled mortar removal where minimizing disturbance to older or delicate brickwork is especially important.
The matched two-blade set delivers a published cutting depth of up to 3 inches with an approximately 1/8-inch cutting width. It is designed exclusively for Arbortech AS200X and BA200X ALLSAW models.
Key Features & Benefits
-
Designed for Historic Restoration
Ideal for mortar-removal projects where the surrounding brickwork must remain as undisturbed as possible. -
Made for Thin Mortar Joints
The narrow blade profile removes less material than wider general-purpose blade sets. -
3" Maximum Cutting Depth
Reaches up to approximately 75mm into compatible mortar joints. -
Narrow 1/8" Cutting Width
Produces an approximately 3mm-wide cut for controlled restoration and joint preparation. -
Quick-Switch Blade Design
Works with the blade-mounting system used on current AS200X and BA200X ALLSAW models. -
Matched Two-Blade Set
Includes both blades required for the ALLSAW’s twin reciprocating cutting action. -
Corded and Cordless Tool Compatibility
Fits the corded AS200X and cordless BA200X ALLSAW platforms.
Designed for Delicate Masonry Work
Historic and older masonry may contain narrow mortar joints or brickwork that could be damaged by aggressive cutting methods. The Heritage Blade Set is designed to remove mortar from these thinner joints while helping limit unnecessary contact with adjacent bricks.
Its narrow cutting width makes it useful for restoration work where preserving the original appearance and structure of the masonry is a priority.
Ideal Applications
The Arbortech 200X Heritage Blades are well suited for:
- Historic masonry restoration
- Removing mortar from thin joints
- Preparing joints for repointing
- Renovating older brick buildings
- Repairing delicate brickwork
- Heritage-building maintenance
- Controlled mortar removal
- Preservation-focused masonry projects
These blades are primarily intended for thin mortar joints rather than general-purpose cutting through complete bricks.
Tool Compatibility
The Heritage Blades are compatible with:
- Arbortech ALLSAW AS200X
- Arbortech ALLSAW BA200X
They are not intended for the older AS160, AS170, or AS175 ALLSAW models, which use a different Heritage Blade configuration.
