Designed for demanding masonry and landscaping applications, the extended blades provide up to 6-3/4 inches of cutting depth, making them suitable for large wall openings and below-ground root cutting.

The matched two-blade set works with Arbortech’s twin reciprocating ALLSAW cutting system. It is compatible exclusively with the AS200X corded ALLSAW and BA200X cordless ALLSAW.

Deep-Cutting Masonry Performance

The XL General-Purpose Blades provide significantly more reach than the standard 200X General-Purpose Blade Set. Their 6-3/4-inch cutting depth makes them useful for projects involving thick masonry or larger openings where a shorter blade cannot reach the required depth.

The ALLSAW’s twin-blade action also allows the operator to create controlled square and rectangular cuts with less corner overcutting than many circular masonry-cutting methods.

Landscaping and Root-Cutting Applications

In addition to brick and mortar work, Arbortech identifies the XL blades for cutting tree roots and wood through dirt and sand. This makes them especially useful for landscaping, irrigation, root-barrier installation, and other below-ground projects where soil contact can quickly damage a conventional chainsaw chain.
